The National Conference on Keyboard Pedagogy (NCKP) is a biennial meeting of keyboard music educators, researchers, and industry leaders representing all fifty states and over a dozen other nations. Celebrating 35 years of excellence and innovation in music education at the keyboard, the mission of NCKP is to enhance the quality of music-making throughout life and to educate teachers who are dedicated to nurturing lifelong involvement in music-making from the earliest to the most advanced levels. Next scheduled for July 26-29, 2017, NCKP offers participants four inspiring, innovative, and challenging days at the splendid Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, IL. Events include plenary sessions, concerts, pre-conference seminars, workshops, research posters, showcases and exhibits.
