I am keeping all the duets in a hanging file, but can never find the one I want without hunting through it and then I feel like I look unprepared. Any ideas?

I printed them out and put them in a binder--along with the lesson outlines. I put the papers in a protective sheets. I recently laminated the duet pages so they will stand up on the piano wihtout a book behind them. I punched holes in the laminating to keep them in the binder.

The page numbers that corespond to the primer book are on the top corner. I keep a sticky note on the page that each student is on so I can flip in the binder to where each student is in their book and know if I want to pull out a duet. I just keep the binder near the piano.

You might try taking the printouts to FedExOffice/Kinkos or similar to get them coil-or comb-bound.

I used to have them in a binder, but that hasn't worked out for me. I'm now transfering them to a hanging file that I have by lesson with any other things I need for that particular lesson in it. The trick is not to have too many things in any one folder.

I have been printing out the duets and any other music I print out on cardstock. It stands up wonderfully!

I put mine in a 3 ring notebook. The kind that has the rings that aren't on the spine so that the pages can hang down without bending around the the rings.

I printed mine on both sides and had Staples coil bind it.
